Terms of Service

Last updated 8 October 2026 ยท Version 6

These terms are the agreement between you and us for the use of VPN Bunny. Please read them before you buy. By completing a purchase or using the service you accept them.

1. Who we are

VPN Bunny is provided by Ashford Glen LLC (United States), with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Tax number: 42-2671641. In these documents, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ashford Glen LLC.

You can contact us through our contact form.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding contract. Laws on VPN use differ between countries. You are responsible for checking that using a VPN is lawful where you are and where you use it.

3. The service

VPN Bunny gives you access to a virtual private network (VPN) for the period you buy: a one-time pass gives access for a fixed period and then ends by itself; a subscription gives access until you cancel it. Your access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and your VPN account is ready.

We provide the service using infrastructure and software operated by third parties, in particular our VPN infrastructure partner, which runs the VPN servers.

4. Your account and login details

Keep your login details confidential and do not share them. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly through our contact form if you think someone has used your account without permission. Keep your contact details up to date: we use them for receipts, login details and important notices.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the service only lawfully. In particular, you must not use it for, or to help with:

  • child sexual abuse material or any other sexual-abuse material;
  • malware, botnets, credential theft or phishing;
  • denial-of-service attacks, scanning or unauthorized access to systems, networks or accounts;
  • spam or other unsolicited bulk messages;
  • fraud, payment fraud or identity theft;
  • systematic or commercial-scale infringement of intellectual property rights;
  • circumventing sanctions or export controls;
  • reselling, renting or sharing access to the service without our written permission;
  • anything that threatens the security, integrity or availability of our network or our partners' networks.

This list is not exhaustive: any unlawful or harmful use is prohibited.

6. Abuse handling

If we receive a credible report or have reasonable grounds to believe that an account is used in breach of section 5, we may suspend or terminate that account, with or without prior notice where this is needed to protect the service, other people or to comply with the law. Where it is reasonable, we tell you why and give you a chance to respond. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no refund is given when an account is terminated because of abuse.

7. Prices, payment and renewal

Prices are as shown at checkout. The checkout shows whether taxes are included in the price or added to it, and the final amount, before you pay. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see your card details.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in your account area or in your PayPal account; your access then continues until the end of the period already paid for.

If we change the price of a subscription, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before then if you do not agree.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: no refunds once the service has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law; any other refund is at our discretion and may carry a processing fee.

9. Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, please see Right of Withdrawal.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available and fast, but, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, reach any particular speed, or that any specific server, location, IP address or protocol will be available.

We may add, change, replace, relocate or remove servers, locations, protocols, apps, features and infrastructure providers at any time to operate, secure or improve the service. Maintenance, network or provider failures, attacks, and restrictions imposed by governments or internet providers may affect availability.

11. Third-party services

We do not guarantee access to any particular website, app, streaming or other service: third parties may detect and block VPN traffic. Payments (PayPal), app stores and other third-party services are governed by their own terms.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription or deleting your account in the account area.

We may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these terms, abuse, non-payment, a chargeback or payment dispute, fraud, or where the law requires it. If we discontinue the service altogether, we give notice where practicable and refund the unused part of any prepaid period pro rata, unless the law requires more.

13. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in these terms.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, and our total liability for all claims is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These exclusions and limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your mandatory rights as a consumer.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of section 5.

16. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government action, large-scale network or power failures, or attacks on our or our partners' systems. We do our best to limit the effects and to restore the service.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell you about material changes by email and on this website at least 30 days before they take effect; changes required by law or for security reasons may take effect immediately. If you keep using the service after the effective date, the updated terms apply. If you have a subscription and do not agree with a material change that is to your disadvantage, you may cancel before the effective date and we refund the unused part of the prepaid period pro rata. Each version of these terms stays on record together with the version you accepted.

18. Transfer of the agreement

We may transfer this agreement and your account to an affiliate or a successor, for example if the company operating VPN Bunny changes; we will tell you when this happens. You may not transfer your account or this agreement without our consent.

19. Notices

We send notices by email, in your account area or on this website. You can reach us through our contact form.

20. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law allows it.

21. General

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a right, we do not waive it. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. These terms are written in English; if we provide a translation, the English version prevails unless the law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
