Right of Withdrawal

This page applies to consumers who live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

1. Your right of withdrawal

When you buy online, you normally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day the contract is concluded, which is the day of your purchase.

2. Immediate start of the service

VPN Bunny starts your VPN access as soon as your payment is confirmed. At checkout you ask us to start the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has started. We confirm this request and acknowledgement in your receipt email.

Where the law of your country nevertheless gives you a right to withdraw after the service has started, we refund the amount that law requires. If you withdraw after asking us to start the service immediately, you pay for the service supplied up to the moment you told us that you withdraw, where the law provides for this, and we refund the rest.

3. How to withdraw

To withdraw, send us a clear statement that you want to withdraw from the contract, through our contact form. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.

5. Refund after withdrawal

If your withdrawal is valid, we refund the payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless you agree otherwise; you are not charged any fee for the refund itself. Your VPN access ends when the refund is made.

Nothing in this page limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
